Stuart has worked at Glengoyne for 17 years – time spent watching the Stillmen distil more slowly than anyone else; waiting patiently for their whisky to mature; sampling casks and creating special releases of world class Single Highland Malt Whisky. His is a peaceful and enviable existence.
